My Background

• I teach traditional style piano lessons with an emphasis on note and chord reading. 
  

Credentials that span the globe: I graduated under Alex Braginsky (University of Minnesota, Twin Cities) with a Bachelor of Arts, Piano. I also gained wisdom from private and group instruction with Ramzi Yassa at the Sorbonne during my time in Paris.  I also had the blessing of studying under Wonny Song and the lovely Beatrice Ohanessian, among others. Many styles have given me a well rounded approach to piano instruction.

I completed Piano Technicians course at Gavin Piano, here in Minnesota. As a professional piano tuner, I marry traditional methods with technology, utilizing CyberTuner software, guaranteeing a fabulous and even tune featuring a ‘Perfect Octave and Perfect Twelfth’ tuning style. Experience from brand new and restrung high caliber concert grands to over 100 year old uprights untuned for decades but spilling over with character and promise.  I love tuning, any shape, size or style!
